The Information Centre will do its best to make your visit as accessible as possible.

Pets (with the exception of guide dogs) are not allowed.

The Information Centre has no toilet facilities. There is a public toilet 300 metres away on the corner of Weerdjesstraat and Rodenburgstraat.

The Information Centre currently has limited access for wheelchairs. During the office hours of Stichting Volkshuisvesting it is possible to use the main entrance on Kadestraat 1 (via the slope) and reach the Information Centre via the general desk. Unfortunately, this is not possible at weekends and or on generally recognized holidays.
